The full body juice of the red Mavrodaphne, with the precursory aromatic combinations that distinguish this variety, responds to the various wine-making processes with unforeseen and impressive flavors of blossoms and tropical fruits.
White vinification of the red variety Mavrodaphne; destemmed without crushing, pressing, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, filtering and bottling.
12,5 % vol.
Various hues of rose and white ivory. Fragrance of white flowers and tropical, exotic fruits. The lightness of tannins gives fascinating complexity in the mouth and fruity length.
Ideal for white and red meat, seafood, fish, cheese and fruit. Served at 8-10˚ C.
