Αντίδοτο(Antidote) 2018: Wine Advocate 2019: 89/100: “The 2018 Antidote Semi-Dry Rosé is gorgeously balanced, emphasizing its acidity and freshness rather than sweetness. You won't ever think this is sloppy. Vigorous and solid, this is well done.”
Jancis Robinson 2019: Foivos Antidote 2018: 16/20: “Pale orangey pink; plenty of lively red fruit as well as a light stony/mineral quality. Medium dry and very well-balanced with the acidity, which is so crisp, you barely notice the sweetness. Very nicely done to highlight the fruit sweetness. Just very slightly chewy texture also balances that slight sweetness.”
