Jancis Robinson 2019: Foivos 47 Rosé 2017: 17/20: Intense and wonderfully complex aroma that is almost impossible to describe – includes so many different elements such as red cherry, apricot, cedarwood, non-sweet honey and a light and attractive smokiness. On the palate, bone-dry, slightly chewy texture and all those complex flavours again and excellent freshness. Impressive depth and length at such a modest alcohol level and the oak perfectly integrated.
