Jancis Robinson 2019: Foivos Daphne-Daphne 2016: 16/20: “Mid to deep cherry red. An aroma that combines sweet black cherry and something a bit like smoked meat, which becomes much more smoky and stony with air. Very good acidity and juicy cherry fruit. Firm, dry texture. Interesting to try a dry, unfortified Mavrodaphne”.
