We lay and dry in the sun the grapes of Cephalonian Robola for about 10 to 15 days; after that, destemmed, pressing, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, filtering and bottling.

Bright honey color. Elegant dessert wine with a bright sense of freshness, with a gentle scent of lemon, citrus and impressive intensity. With a bold and risky balance of acidity and sweetness! Sense of pine-honey and roasted almond! Long, addictive and voluptuous aftertaste.
The ideal dessert wine. It also goes perfectly with aged gruyere, parmesan, blue cheese, sweets and seasonal fruits. Served at 8-10˚ C.
