Mavrodaphne and small Kefalonian red grape varieties.
Destemmed without crushing, maceration, fermentation and aging 6 to 8 months in oak barrels, filtering and bottling.

deep purple color, balanced body, velvety rich taste with bouquet of red fruits (plum-cherry), notes of spices (cinnamon-cloves) in a vanilla background; impressive aftertaste.
it accompanies perfectly creative cuisine and fine sauces, game and red meats, salmon, pasta, cheese, fruits. Served at 16-18˚ C.
