Selection of the grapes, removing the stems and staying with the flesh and peel. After a long and daily care and observation, with frequent stirring and the cold extraction method (to get substances and tannins from the flesh and the grape skin, but not the orange color), we took the must without pressure, with the natural flow of wine to another stainless tank, where the fermentation continued and was completed!
12,5% vol.
Bright color. Nose with complexity and bouquet of exotic fruits. Strong body and rich long aftertaste.
